Where I can find some quality metrics, errors, estimation, defects, poor management, those related with software crisis. I want to use those facts in my classroom, I have some but the are older, I need some new data.

One good source that is current is the 3rd Edition, just out, of Applied Software Metrics by Capers Jones. Its publication date is April 2008, so it's really current. He also published the second edition of Software Estimation in 2007. Both have lots of numbers in them.
